Served with 44 Sqn. Crashed at Branston on 16th August 42 on a training flight. This aircraft flew all its ops as KM-X, but was KM-G when it crashed. This aircraft was named “George” after a visit to the aircraft factory at Yeadon by the King. When G for George became available it was recoded, but lost before any more ops were flown.
